TOP LAKE - A man-made lake in two acres of ground featuring four islands and depths to 12 feet down to five feet. The top lake has ghost carp to 3lb, roach, golden rudd and perch to 3lb.
BAITS - Ghost carp: Boilies, corn and bread
Roach: Pinkie and maggot
Golden Rudd: Maggot and pinkie
Perch: Worm or double maggot
MIDDLE LAKE - A man-made lake in two acres of ground featuring four islands and depths to 10 feet down to 5 feet. Middle Lake has mirror and common carp up to 121b, roach to 21b, perch to 3.5lb, bream to 7lb, tench to 5lb plus skimmers.
BAITS - Carp: 14m.m Boilies on hair-rig
Roach: Swim feeder, corn or maggot
Perch: Worm or double maggot
Bream: Bread, corn or worm
Tench: Ground bait with feeder, corn or worm
BOTTOM LAKE - A man-made lake in one and a half acres of ground featuring one island and depths to 12 feet down to 5 feet. Bottom Lake has carp to 15lb, tench to 4lb and still water barbel to 4lb.
